Terms of Use

Last updated: October 16, 2026

Draft. These terms are a plain-English draft written for review by a licensed attorney before BRIX launches. They are not final and may change.

These terms cover your use of BRIX (brixtrading.com and the BRIX app). By using BRIX you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use BRIX.

1. What BRIX is, and what it isn't

2. Investing involves risk

Stocks and funds can lose value, including all of the money you put in. Past results, including backtests and "what if" examples like the $25 rule, don't predict future results. Only invest money you can afford to leave invested for years. Talk to a licensed professional if you need advice for your situation.

3. Data can be late or wrong

BRIX uses public filings and third-party market data. Data may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect, and services can go down. Check prices and details with your broker before you place any order. BRIX isn't responsible for decisions you make based on its data.

4. Your account

5. Community rules

If you post a nickname, fund, vote or comment, keep it clean and honest. Don't:

BRIX can remove posts or accounts that break these rules. Shared funds show percentages only. Never post your account numbers or dollar amounts you want kept private.

6. Subscriptions

[To be completed when payments launch: price, free trial length, renewal, how to cancel, refunds.]

7. Sponsors and links

Some pages show sponsors (for example, Mane & Steel) and link to other websites, brokers and publishers. BRIX isn't affiliated with or paid by any broker named on the site. BRIX doesn't control other websites and isn't responsible for them.

8. Limits on liability

BRIX is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, BRIX and its owners aren't liable for investment losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of BRIX. [Attorney to finalize wording, caps and governing law.]

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a big change, we'll tell you on the site or by email before it takes effect.

10. Contact
